LAMINATION BROWS AFTER CARE + post appointment restrictions:

-No swimming/sauna for 24 hours.

-Do not allow prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat; the use of tanning beds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for 48 hours.

-No sweating/exercise for 24 hours.

-Do not apply Retin-A, AHA or exfoliate around the brow area for three days before and after the treatment.

First 24 hrs: Keep dry, don’t touch & try not to brush, unless needed. Brows need to be left in their newly set position as they begin to take on their new structure.

Note ~ When sleeping, brow hairs may get displaced, this is normal... In the mornings, you can use a mascara wand to brush brows back into place.  *try your best to sleep on your back in order to avoid brushing for the first 24hrs after treatment so they can set properly*

Day 2 & on wards: Be sure to ALWAYS set brows into place when wet. *very important tip to maintaining proper brow structure and increasing the longevity of your lamination results*

Brush conditioner through brows daily when showering. (aways brush upwards following new hair structure) Rinse off with brushing water throughout *Olaplex conditioner recommended*

After 2 weeks: Begin to oil brows nightly with brow oil ~ preferably a castor oil .

It is important to brush castor oil into brows nightly to nourish the brow hair, as the brow hairs will need the deep hydration after lamination treatment. This will avoid any over dehydration of the brow hair and will aid in maintaining the hair follicle strength in between treatments. Wash out oil every morning with a gentle (oil based) makeup remover.

Note * applying castor oil before the 2 week mark could weigh down brow hairs and effect the longevity of lamination results

Brow lamination is low maintenance, but not no maintenance...

When following this proper after care routine your lamination should have quality results lasting up to 8-10 weeks!

*recurring appointments can be booked no sooner than 8 weeks apart*
